"Gary and Donna represented me for at least 18 months before making any commissions from me. During that time they showed me property, met architects and builders with me, and attended site viewings. They answered dozens of emails and phone calls, promptly and helpfully every time.

When I first mentioned selling the property I presently owned, they bought me an offer at the price I suggested within a day. I decided I wasn't sure about selling. No problem. Later, I followed their advice about timing and pricing, put my property on the market, and received a full price offer. To be completely frank, as House sellers, we wondered if we actually needed a realtor to sell our house in the hot Calgary market.
